The credit card or cash deposit guaranteed reservation assures you of an accommodation, when checking-in before 11:00 p.m. of arrival date.
If the reserved rooms are not available, the hotel will arrange at its own expense your accommodation in another place and provide transportation to and from there.

Cancelations
The Hotel do not charge per reservation canceled 24 hours before the arrival date. - It is mandatory to get a valid transaction number -
If the cancellation is not received on time, the Hotel will charge a penalty of one night booking value per room.
